Kevin MacDonald has been behind the microphone — and on the stage — for over 20 years. After graduating from Niagara College with a diploma in Broadcasting: Radio, Television & Film, his radio journey has taken him across Ontario — from St. Catharines and Owen Sound to Port Elgin, Goderich, and Wasaga Beach — and now to Yellowknife, where he’s been based for the past 14 years.

Whether he’s hosting Wayback with K-Mac on Cabin Radio, voicing a commercial, acting on stage or screen, or emceeing a live event, Kevin is all about connection, energy, and making people feel good. His work includes award-winning performances with Dead North Productions, local theatre productions, and a wide range of live hosting — from trivia and karaoke to community and corporate events.

Kevin is known for his positive, uplifting personality and his legendary love of music — especially oldies and anything Elvis. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him traveling, dreaming about California, or strolling down Hollywood Boulevard soaking up the magic of entertainment history.
